No viruses found using Windows Defender and Bitdefender.Īm planning to upgrade my RAM from existing 3GB to 6GB. * Very slow loading and constant freezing/crashing.

* Stock cable supplied isn't efficient enough to charge laptop errors appearing. What can I do to solve these issues? Do I buy a new laptop battery? What battery should I buy? And what cord should I buy? Should I factory reset? Buy a new laptop? I'm honestly extremely disapointed with HP and might consider not purchasing another HP Product again due to the constant problems I experience with them. But I was always sent an auto-reply no matter what to contact another department and was given the run-around for months. I gotten discouraged and now they're charging for a repair, even after I sent emails to their warranty department in like January to dispute my warranty expiring to get a repair. But after constant searching and looking, I couldn't find a way of contacting HP again Online since the Online Chat seemed hidden, I couldn't find a support email, and every time I tried to get support using the product information i'd get an error page. My warranty expired originally in December 2016, but my repair extended it to March. I have more than 55% free space available, I have a 1TB internal hard-drive. Also, my laptop has become very slow and sluggish, often struggling to load programs such as FL Studio 12, the File Explorer often doesn't load after being clicked and randomly pops up 5-10 minutes later. If I leave the laptop on the charger while powered on for 15-30 mins, it'll shut-off automatically and it has nothing to do with the sleep settings for the laptop. This is the STOCK cable SUPPLIED with the laptop, also the shutdowns are very frequent. I experience less than 45 minutes of battery life with this laptop, it's been like this since it was unboxed (brought new.) The Power Cord supplied with the laptop is also incompatible, it'll charge the laptop but it causes the laptop to randomly shutdown and it restarts with an error that says the power supply isn't efficient enough to charge the laptop. It was "repaired," and the motherboard was replaced.

But the battery has worsened significantly, until the point where I sent it to be serviced last year in November. Straight out of the box, the battery wasn't reliable, yet I had faith that it'd improve with time.

Hello, I've had my HP Beats '15 Notebook PC since December 2015.
